AF泡沫泵该工艺系统很关键的一个参数就是吸收塔出口温度,一方面请求有足够低的温度,以满足脱硫化学反响的需求;另一方面又要保证高于露点,以避免设备和烟道的腐蚀。因而,在烟气中S02浓度、钙硫比不变的状况下,就只能经过水的变化来控制吸收塔出口温度。
喷雾枯燥法脱硫工艺的优点是脱硫渣为枯燥固体、便于处置,工艺能耗低,无废水,无腐蚀,技术成熟,工艺流程较为简单,投资与运转费用均较低,系统牢靠性高等。脱硫率可到达80%以上。该工艺在美国及西欧一些国度应用较为普遍,在125MW以下机组上有一定的应用业绩。...................
二、工程实例
1990年在我国四川内江白马电厂建成了一套中型实验安装,该安装处置烟气量7X104m3/h,进口S02浓度0.3%.经连续运转考核,当钙硫比为1.4时,脱硫率可到达80%以上。
1994年山东黄岛电厂建成了一套施转喷雾枯燥法脱硫实验安装,该安装分为四个系统,采用三菱重工提供的技术,运用与典型喷雾枯燥[艺不同的细长塔型,主要实验该工艺在高硫煤上的应用。当规范情况下烟气量为3x10m/h进口S02浓皮为0.2%时,脱硫率可到达70%。其脱硫工艺流程见图6-4。
(1)生石灰系统。由自卸汽车运来的生石灰块(150mm以下),纯度为70%以上,经承受槽、破碎(至4mm以下)与提升至石灰仓贮存。
(2)浆液制备系统。石灰仓内的生石灰,经保送、提升至高位料仓,再经计量进入石灰熟(消)料罐,加热水搅拌、消化成为合格浆液,经过滤进供应罐后,再用泵送至吸收塔的高位料箱,经别离残渣后进入旋转喷雾器。在消化罐中,能够参加一定比例的脱硫灰与粉煤灰。规范浓度泥浆(23%)用生石灰5650kg、飞灰300kg、副产品300kg。
(3)脱硫系统。脱硫反响塔是脱硫工艺系统的中心,它由高速旋转喷雾器、烟气分配器
AF foam pump is a key parameter of the process system, which is the outlet temperature of absorber. On the one hand, it requires enough low temperature to meet the needs of desulfurization chemical reaction. On the other hand, it should be higher than the dew point to prevent the corrosion of equipment and flue. Therefore, when the S02 concentration and calcium sulfur ratio in the flue gas remain unchanged, the outlet temperature of the absorber can only be controlled by the change of water.
The advantages of spray drying desulfurization process are that the slag is dry solid, easy to handle, low energy consumption, no waste water, no corrosion, mature technology, simple process, low investment and operation cost, and high system reliability. The desulfurization rate can reach more than 80%. The process is widely used in the United States and some Western European countries, and has a certain application performance in units below 125MW
2、 Engineering example
In 1990, a set of medium-sized test device was built in Baima power plant in Neijiang, Sichuan Province. The flue gas treatment capacity of the device is 7x104m3 / h and the imported S02 concentration is 0.3%. Through continuous operation assessment, when the calcium sulfur ratio is 1.4, the desulfurization rate can reach more than 80%.
In 1994, Shandong Huangdao power plant built a set of spray drying desulfurization test device, which is divided into four systems, which are supplied by MITSUBISHI heavy industries and used for typical spray drying. [different slender tower types are mainly used to test the application of this process on high sulfur coal. Under standard conditions, when the flue gas volume is 3x10 M / h and the inlet S02 concentration skin is 0.2%, the desulfurization rate can reach 70%. See Fig. 6-4 for the desulfurization process flow.
(1) Quicklime system: the quicklime block (below 150mm) transported by dump truck with purity of more than 70% is sent to the lime silo for storage through receiving tank, crushing (below 4mm) and lifting.
(2) Slurry preparation system: the quicklime in the lime silo is transported and lifted to the high-level silo, and then measured into lime slaking (slaking) The tank is heated and stirred and digested into qualified slurry. After filtering into the supply tank, it is then pumped to the top bin of the absorber. After separation of the residue, it enters the rotary sprayer. In the digestion tank, a certain proportion of desulphurization ash and fly ash can be added. Standard lime slurry (23%) is made of quicklime 5650kg, fly ash 300kg and by-product 300kg.
(3) desulfurization system. The desulfurization reaction tower is the core of the desulfurization process system. It consists of a high-speed swivel sprayer and a flue gas distributor.
