分级溢流经过一粗三精三扫的浮选流程后,取得精矿,尾矿经过自流管到砂泵池后保送到尾矿库。选矿药剂主要有石灰、水玻璃、黄药、黑药、Z-200等。
由于入选的原矿的物品种较多,嵌存状态较复杂,嵌布粒度较细,加上在洗矿作业中的洗矿水里还有较高品位的银矿物,因而矿厂不时地对选矿工艺停止调整,寻求合适矿山的选矿药剂,进步回收率。表4.6为近年来凤凰山银矿选矿的各项指标。
61青城子含银铅锌矿的矿石特性和浮选工艺流程是什么?
青城子铅锌矿为铅锌硫多金属含银硫化矿。选矿厂消费范围为2000t/d。原矿含银45~55g/t。
(1) 矿石性质泡沫泵
属中温热液充填交代矿床。金属矿物主要有方铅矿、闪锌矿、黄铁矿,另含少量黄铜矿及银矿物。脉石矿物以方解石、白云石、石英为主。铅、锌、硫金属矿物之间关系亲密,常呈粒状汇合体呈现,大局部为中粗粒结晶,组成较致密,与脉石矿物关系不甚亲密。银主要以包裹银为主,与方铅矿严密共生,散布在方铅矿中的银占74.2%,在闪锌矿中银占4.91%,黄铁矿中含银18. 47%。呈中细粒不平均嵌布,以细粒嵌布为主。
(2)选矿工艺
