液下立式渣浆泵与潜水渣浆泵的区别

很多用户包括渣浆泵新的从业人员经常分不清液下立式渣浆泵与潜水渣浆泵的区别,在称号上液下和潜水似乎很近似,但是有实质区别。
 
渣浆泵厂家分别引见液下立式渣浆泵和潜水渣浆泵的概念、特性,然后停止比照,剖析区别。
一、液下立式渣浆泵的概念及特性
所谓液下渣浆泵,指的是渣浆泵工作时一局部(非全部)是要浸入页面以下的,泵头局部在液下,电机一端在液上。业内人士为了辨别SP和ZJL两种渣浆泵,普通SP称为液下渣浆泵。如图

二、潜水渣浆泵的概念及特性
潜水渣浆泵(ZJQ渣浆泵)从构造来说,泵轴与程度位置普通也是垂直的,属于立式渣浆泵,但是其工作时,泵的整体,包括电机局部都是在液面以下的,故称“潜水”。
在运用性上来说,潜水渣浆泵较液下立式渣浆泵愈加便当,直接将其置入浆体中即可。

1、 Concept and characteristics of submerged vertical slurry pump

The so-called vertical slurry pump refers to the vertical slurry pump when the pump shaft is perpendicular to the horizontal position. Not from the industry habit, the submersible slurry pump also belongs to the vertical slurry pump, but in the industry, especially in the field of Shijiazhuang slurry pump, the vertical slurry pump generally refers to ZJL slurry pump.
In fact, both SP submerged slurry pump and ZJL vertical slurry pump belong to submerged vertical slurry pump. The biggest feature of this kind of pump is that it does not need any shaft seal, and the maximum submerged depth is generally within 3M. After years of painstaking research by our company, the maximum submerged depth can reach 10m.
2、 Concept and characteristics of submersible slurry pump
In terms of structure, the submersible slurry pump (zjq slurry pump) is generally vertical between the pump shaft and the horizontal position. It belongs to a vertical slurry pump, but when it works, the whole pump, including the motor, is below the liquid level, so it is called "submersible".
In terms of usability, the submersible slurry pump is more convenient than the underwater vertical slurry pump, which can be directly put into the slurry.
The pump is composed of motor and pump, which are separated by oil isolation chamber and mechanical seal components. It is a product of mechatronics. The motor and pump share the same shaft (rotor), and the structure is compact.
3、 Difference between submerged vertical slurry pump and submersible slurry pump
1. The submerged vertical slurry pump is not fully immersed in the liquid, while the submersible slurry pump can be fully immersed or partially immersed;
2. When the submerged vertical slurry pump works, it needs to be fixed and installed. The liquid level part must have a platform for installation, while the submersible slurry pump does not need to install a platform and can operate directly in the slurry;
3. Generally, the operating depth of the submerged vertical slurry pump is 3M, which can only reach 10m after the unique technical improvement of our company, while the working depth of the submersible slurry pump can reach 25m at present;
4. The operating depth of the submerged vertical slurry pump is generally limited by the shaft length and suction pipe. The operating depth of the submersible slurry pump is mainly limited by the sealing compression capacity, and the sealing device is strictly required.
