脱硫泵的维护与颐养
      脱硫泵应用范围很广,合适于很多行业,特别在一些环境恶劣的场所中运用,并且保送的介质多是带有酸碱性、腐蚀性或一些有毒烟气等。虽说脱硫泵是专为腐蚀性工况所消费设计的产品,是一种比拟好的耐腐蚀泵,不只是资料方面耐腐蚀性强,其设计的构造等也是较合理的,合适用于一些环境较为苛刻的场所中应用,但是经常用于这些恶劣环境中,关于泵自身几也会形成一定的损伤,所以在运用一段时间后及时地对泵停止维护颐养不但能加强设备的运用寿命还能降低运用本钱。
      脱硫泵的主要构造部件有轴封、叶轮、轴承这几个部件,每个部件的维护颐养办法为:
1、轴封局部:通常要按时检验密封性压力和水流量,要持续坚持少量清洁水沿轴流过,定期调整填料压盖,定期检查改换填料,轴封水压力和水流量应契合轴封检查的请求。
2、叶轮局部:为了保证脱硫泵的高效率,我们必需及时调整叶轮与前护板的间隙。首先要中止泵的运转,松开压紧轴承盒的螺栓,松开调整螺母,使轴承组件向前挪动,同时用手转动轴按泵的转动方向旋转,直到叶轮与前护板磨擦为止。再用调整螺栓使转子后移,记下前后挪动间隙,均匀分配在叶轮前后护板之间,到达叶轮与前护板、后护板之间间隙相等为止,并且将两防尘盘调紧固定在轴上,调整后,再次起动前应重新检查叶轮转动能否正常,轴承组件压紧螺栓能否拧紧,最后再起动泵。
3、轴承局部:轴承装配要正确,光滑要恰当,定期维护修复,运输寿命会更长。除了平常定期检修轴承组件,还需求检查轴承及光滑油的状况。在运转中也要定期添加或改换光滑油,光滑油不能混合运用,不能被污染,光滑水平要契合规则,距离时间及注入的量与泵的转速、轴承规格、连续工作时间、泵的停开次数,四周环境和运转温度等许多要素有关。而关于备用泵应每周将轴转动1/4圈,以使轴承平均地接受静载荷和外部振动。

The main structural components of the desulfurization pump include shaft seal, impeller and bearing. The maintenance methods of each component are as follows:
1. Shaft seal part: generally, the sealing pressure and water flow shall be inspected on time, a small amount of clean water shall be kept flowing along the shaft, the packing gland shall be adjusted regularly, the packing shall be inspected and replaced regularly, and the water pressure and water flow of shaft seal shall meet the requirements of shaft seal inspection.
2. Impeller part: in order to ensure the high efficiency of desulfurization pump, we must timely adjust the clearance between impeller and front guard plate. First, stop the pump, loosen the bolts pressing the bearing box, loosen the adjusting nut to move the bearing assembly forward, and rotate the shaft by hand according to the rotation direction of the pump until the impeller rubs with the front guard plate. Then adjust the bolts to move the rotor backward, record the forward and backward movement clearance, evenly distribute it between the front and rear guard plates of the impeller until the clearance between the impeller, the front guard plate and the rear guard plate is equal, and tighten and fix the two dust discs on the shaft. After adjustment, before starting again, recheck whether the impeller rotates normally, whether the compression bolts of the bearing assembly are tightened, and finally start the pump.
3. Bearing part: the bearing shall be assembled correctly, lubricated properly, maintained and repaired regularly, and the transportation life will be longer. In addition to regular maintenance of bearing components at ordinary times, it is also necessary to check the condition of bearings and lubricating oil. Lubricating oil shall also be added or replaced regularly during operation. Lubricating oil shall not be mixed and polluted. The lubrication degree shall comply with the rules. The interval time and injection amount are related to many factors such as pump speed, bearing specification, continuous working time, pump shutdown times, surrounding environment and operation temperature. For the standby pump, rotate the shaft 1 / 4 turn every week to make the bearing bear the static load and external vibration evenly.
