渣浆泵在运转中,普遍磨损是不可防止的。人们常用改善泵内部活动状态,进步过流件材质的抗磨才能和进步流道外表光沽度米减轻磨损。依据摩擦学的分类,离心渣浆泵内的磨损属于二体磨损,即具有腐蚀性的硬质固体颗粒和过流件外表构成摩擦副,二者各自的性质及其互相接触的方决议了过流件磨损型式和水平。所以惹起离心渣浆泵叶轮磨损的主要要素能够归结为以下三个方面。

During the operation of slurry pump, general wear is inevitable. People often improve the internal activity state of the pump, improve the anti-wear ability of the material of the flow passage and improve the smoothness of the surface of the flow passage to reduce wear. According to the classification of tribology, the wear in the centrifugal slurry pump belongs to two-body wear, that is, the corrosive hard solid particles and the surface of the flow passage parts form a friction pair. Their respective properties and the way they contact each other determine the wear type and level of the flow passage parts. Therefore, the main factors causing impeller wear of centrifugal slurry pump can be attributed to the following three aspects.
(1) The properties of slag and the properties of congeners in slag.
(2) The motion characteristics of solid-liquid two-phase in the pump, that is, the contact mode between solid-liquid, liquid phase and the surface of flow passage parts.
(3) The nature of data of pump flow parts.
