脱硫设备防腐方案

湿法脱硫(FGD) 的工艺决定了该系统设备在固、液、气三态下运行,设备
承受温度高低不一,甚至同一设备在不同工作状态温度也不一致;设备同时承受
腐蚀、磨损的复合工况,不同设备的腐蚀和磨损也不一致;设备运行时一直处于
小幅振动状态。当前脱硫系统的防护,浆液管道多选用衬胶工艺,吸收塔多选用
内衬玻璃鳞片工艺。但在使用中也存在着不足,如衬胶会出现鼓包、脱落现象;
鳞片涂层会出现开裂、脱落现象,为脱硫系统的运行带来了安全隐患。单纯的防
腐或防磨并不能完全解决脱硫系统的防护问题。脱硫系统防护涂层的理想性能
为:材料具有优异的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、耐老化性、抵抗热水的渗透性、能耐高
温并能承受高低温差的循环、足够的韧性能抵抗设备的振动和不同材料间膨胀系
数不同造成的内应力、与基材间优异的粘接力、材料自身强度高不易开裂等。
